Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. During high-energy seasons, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly extended.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another once it has shipped.
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Once your package leaves our hands, it is in the care of the postal service. Grey Moon Goddess is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, but we will always do our best to help you track your package.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the handcrafted and energetic nature of our products, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.
